2012-2013 MPI Board of Directors Application
Applications are now being accepted for the MPI Board of Directors for terms beginning July 1, 2012. Board seats (three-year and one-year terms) are open to any MPI member in good standing. Officer positions are available to any member in good standing who has completed one (1) full year of service on the MPI Board of Directors prior to nomination or who currently serves on the MPI Board of Directors with the exception of the chairman-elect/chairwoman-elect. The nominee for chairman-elect/chairwoman-elect shall be a member of the current MPI Board of Directors.
Applications must be received by 5:00 pm CST on January 16, 2012. Applicants must upload a resume or curriculum vitae and headshot photo during the application process.

Volunteer Reimbursement Guidelines
We recommend that you compose your responses in a Word document and paste into the online application. You will have the ability to SAVE your work and return to it for editing before the January 16 deadline. If you SAVE your application, you must go back and select the SUBMIT button before the January 16 deadline for your application to be accepted.
Any applications that have not been SUBMITTED by 5:00 pm CST on January 16, 2012 will be deleted from the system.
You will receive a confirmation email after your SUBMIT your application. You will be required to complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure that must be returned by January 20, 2012.
