My job is to help make our members successful. If you are successful, the meetings and events industry and profession will thrive and make a difference economically and socially. I do that by helping put together the best team, getting you great tools (physical, emotional and intellectual) and then activating great human connections. I like to take on big challenges, deploy innovative approaches and solutions and always have fun in the process.

I am responsible for the development of our community, including new markets, strategic alliances and new products and services. Additionally, through our talented Knowledge and One+ publication teams, we are able to provide our members with a globally recognized and transferable career Knowledge Plan and industry award winning publication. I also oversee the MPI Foundation and work closely with our Global Board of Trustees and Council members on our valuable investor donors to deliver business and industry specific thought leadership initiatives to our meetings and events industry.

I work with Sandra Riggins and support the Board of Directors including: Board meeting and agenda development, Committee operations, Executive Committee, and Governance and Nominating Committee. I am the point person for communications to and from the Board of Directors and other volunteer leaders.  I also manage the RISE Awards program.

I manage Bruce's calendar, travel and all appointments, including chapter visits, speaking engagements and other industry events. I’m the liaison between the Chair of the Board and our chapter communities.

I am responsible for the MPI Headquarters Advertising Accounting including Billing, Accounts Receivables, Collections and end of month closings. 

I manage all aspects of MPI's accounting department

I pay all bills and help the finance team with overflow.

I am responsible for MPI's bank reconciliations. I manage in the budget process and also coordinate financial reporting.

 

I am responsible for membership administration and development within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

I provide exceptional customer services to MPI members inquiring about renewals, reinstates, rejoins and new memberships.  I am your member services leader for members in Dallas/Fort Worth, Minnesota and the At-Large United States. 

I provide frontline member service by handling inquiries received via telephone, email, or fax.  I work direclty with my respective chapter leaders to increase renewals and new memberships.  I spend time making outbound calls to encourage members to renew and discuss with them how MPI works to make them smarter, connected, and successful. I am also the liaison between members and InFocus Marketing for setting up a list rental and direct mailings.  I primarily work with chapters in the Southeast, East Coast, and Texas. 

I am responsible for managing the operations support for the membership team and managing membership-related projects to increase member satisfaction.  I manage the operations of the MPI Store, and maintain educational resources to provide professional development opportunities for chapters and members.

I provide frontline member service by handling inquiries received via telephone, email, or fax.  I work direclty with my respective chapter leaders to increase renewals and new memberships.  I spend time making outbound calls to encourage members to renew and discuss with them how MPI works to make them smarter, connected, and successful. I am also responsible for the intake and distribution of payments for membership via direct mail and bank lock box.  I primarily work with chapters on the West Coast and Southwest.

I provide support to the Membership Team and I am the "first point of contact" for the current members and potential new members.  I manage the membership and WebConnect audit procedures for data accuracy.  I also handle new member recruitment support and online group support.  Also, I assist with Operations and Special Projects as needed to ensure the Membership Team is supported in all operational and administrative areas.

I am responsible for preparation of monthly membership statistics distributed to volunteer leaders.

I focus on Knowledge management for MPI globally. As knowledge manager, I am responsible for the overall development, design and aggregation of MPI content for use in various delivery channels, to include live events, on-line learning and others.  

I focus on our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability in the meetings industry- my principal purpose is to create value for our community through practice leadership, thought leadership and content leadership. I’m responsible for the developing, implementing and maintaining a successful corporate social responsibility strategy for MPI.

In addition to managing all the benefits programs, I manage the recruiting process by connecting qualified applicants to hiring managers.

As the Director of People and Performance I serve as a strategic partner in building MPI businesses by maximizing the value of human capital and aligning it with company initiatives, values and strategies while considering the needs of all stakeholders.

As benefit fulfillment manager, I am responsible for managing our Foundation Investor’s partnerships. I work directly with our investors to maximize their return on investment with MPI and fulfill all their benefits.

I am responsible for client relationship management and sales support for MPI print and online publications.

I manage and grow strategic partnerships with Suppliers in my territory (FL, GA, Canada, Latin America, and Caribbean) as it relates to marketing, advertising and sponsorships so they reach the MPI planner audience. 

 

I facilitate business alliances between suppliers and MPI planner community through strategic partnerships, integrated advertising solutions, and face-to-face sponsorships.  I work with the US Central Region.

My role as an Inside Marketplace Coordinator is assisting clients with promoting their companies to the MPI community through both print and digital opportunities.  I can help you find the best way to promote a current special, new groundbreaking or any other happenings within your organization.

I manage the development, deployment and fulfillment of cash and in-kind sponsor and partner programs on behalf of MPI. 

I manage the day-to-day operations of the MPI Foundation including creating annual plans and managing the grant and scholarship programs.  I am responsible for the programs and mission-based committee areas of work and the chapter communications committee areas of work.  I am also responsible for creating and managing the MPI Foundation budget.

 

As a Foundation team member,I provide fundraising services in the MPI Canada community. By working closely with a dynamic MPI Foundation Canada Council, we develop industry investor partnerships that allow us to provide value to our community, both locally and globally.

My role as Director of Development is to provide strategies and support to our Global Board of Trustees, US, EMEA, and Canadian Councils to secure funding, cultivate new contributors, and enhance relations of current donors for the Foundation by connecting current MPI Initiatives with value propositions for the investment donor.   

I deliver creative solutions for web and print and cater to the needs of the customers of MPI departments.

I am responsible for the creative direction and visual communication of all MPI Marketing and Promotional efforts. I am also involved with shaping the look of One+  and mpiweb.org, as well.

Responsible for the major marketing initiatives and campaigns produced by MPI.  These initiatives are responsible for driving brand equity, reinforcing market position and promoting member value.

I am a fearless Marketing Manager who strives to provide inspired marketing solutions for the MPI Foundation and Marketplace teams with a relentless focus on quality and value.

As marketing manager for MPI, I am responsible for the development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies for MPI’s Events and the knowledge teams’ initiatives.

I am responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for membership recruitment and retention.

My role as managing editor for One+ involves production/vendor management, editing, staff management and some writing/compiling.

I direct all activities of the MPI Publications department and have final responsibility for editorial and production of MPI print and online publications.

I am responsible for member value creation of relevant content, ensuring the overall quality of MPI’s existing, new and emerging multimedia content products; managing video production and editing; managing social media strategies and outputs; and creating content to be used in all MPI content products.

I’m responsible for editing the magazine's Scoop section, amongst others. I also write features and destinations for the magazine.

As the research manager, I strive to add value to your membership and help shape your educational experience by providing ease of research and managing all the research projects that MPI is involved in.

As the primary editor for One+, MPI’s official monthly magazine, I work with writers (freelance and in-house) and other staff editors to create stories for each monthly issue. I also write features and other content for the print and tablet magazine and Web site and assist with MPI’s conference daily and other special publications.

 

I am responsible for partnership and management of MPIs 71 Chapters and Clubs around the world to deliver value to MPI members.  I am based in Dallas, Texas. 

As a part of the CBM team, I am responsible for 12 Northeast and Midwest state chapters. My objective is to ensure chapter success and growth through business planning, effective communication, community involvement, and program development. I am based in Orlando, Florida.

I am responsible for working with 14 MPI chapters in the Southeast and Mid Central States. I ensure that each chapter works effectively within their community by maintaining financial stability and strong educational/networking programs. I am based in Orlando, Florida.

I manage the growth and development of assigned chapters through chapter business planning, performance metrics and delivery of chapter programs and services to support chapter growth in membership and retention.  I provide direction, communication, and consultation with chapter leaders to promote a positive brand association with MPI. 

I support 13 MPI chapters in Canada and the U.S.I work to assure that each chapter is effective within their community by providing support with business planning, budgeting and program development. I also provide support in Canada for National Meetings Industry Day and Events for Communities of Sustainability (ECOS). I live in Edmonton, Canada.

 

I am responsible for creating, reporting, and updating all registration and housing systems for MPI's events including the World Education Congress and our European Meeting and Events Conference. I work hand in hand with all departments to ensure a seamless flow for our live event portfolio. I also serve as Meeting Manager for MPI's Certificate in Meeting Management Program.

I am responsible for our association management applications, including trouble shooting and system training.

I build reports against the data we have on hand and search for integrity issues and potential pitfalls that could impact our membership.

I am responsible for the development and execution of our development strategy for our communities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. I have the privilege of supporting and coaching a team of outstanding individuals within our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) office.

I am responsible for scheduling and implementing webinars for MPI.  I manage the Professional Development on Demand portal and ensure relevant and quality content is always just a click away.

As program manager, chapters, I am responsible for developing and managing processes by which MPI HQ can effectively assist our chapters to deliver quality educational programming at the chapter and regional levels. I work heavily with our membership and chapter leaders to co-create educational experiences that drive member value and uphold the MPI brand.

My primary responsibility is assessing, tagging, and archiving educational content.  I am also involved in producing Spotlight, MPI's biweekly content newsletter.

I direct a small, extremely dedicated team in providing content/programming for live events, webinars, global training, professional development on demand, the chapter content database, Spotlight and some research initiatives.  Quality content that helps members in their careers is always on our minds!

As program manager, I work to ensure we’re offering the best quality education to our members and event attendees.  I work closely with speakers and member groups to evaluate specific educational needs and deliver those through live events.
