• Deadline for Attendee List – Register by Jan 23, 2009 to guarantee your name and contact information on the attendee list published on the MPI website.
  
• Mailed Registrations Deadline – Please do not mail registrations after Jan 23, 2009 as we cannot guarantee receipt in a timely manner for processing. Payment may be required onsite for registrations not received.

• Exhibitor Booth Fees – Registration fees are in addition to exhibitor booth fees, and exhibitors must pay for booths and registration separately. Unless you are an exhibitor, you cannot transact business on the trade show floor.
  
• Guest Registration (US$250) – All guests must register onsite at US$250 and must not be in an industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests are welcome to participate in all conference activities including workshops on a space-available basis.
  
• Cancellations – Cancellations must be received in writing prior to Jan 9, 2009 and are subject to a US$75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after Jan 9, 2009 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please mail, fax, or email cancellations to MeetDifferent@showcare.com.
