Corporate Social Responsibility Education Sessions
MPI has noticed a growing interest in our global communities in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR), including environmental sustainability (“green meetings”). In response, with the support of your MPI Foundation and sponsored by Walt Disney World, we have developed three education sessions on the topic, which are available NOW in the Platinum listings. Search for "CSR".
We have trained a group of 14 people to be able to present these sessions to our community. They are regionally based to cut down on both the transportation cost of bringing a speaker to the chapter, but also to reduce the carbon footprint created by travel. There are nine speakers located in the US, three in Canada, and two in Europe. We will encourage you to select speakers closest to your region. Speaker bios and the sessions that they are able to present are available. Search for "CSR". Ask your Chapter Business Manager for details or contact Elizabeth Henderson, Director of CSR at ehenderson@mpiweb.org
Each session can stand alone, and is approximately ninety minutes in length.
