You will then be able to compare your skills to a standardized job description that best matches your current position or against a job to which you aspire for the future.

To close the gaps that the Skills Assessment identifies, you will receive a personalized development plan, including a comprehensive list of recommended resources that will help you to reach your next career level.

The Online Skills Assessment test is currently being updated and should be ready for use by Summer 2010.
