And simple.
The Train-the-Trainer Program requires that candidates demonstrate mastery of three (3) learning activities:
- Webcast #1: Focus on diagnosing the candidate's learning and teaching styles. Postings demonstrating knowledge of the theory and practice of integrating adult learning styles into the development and delivery of their training will be required.
- Webcast #2: Focus on learning the 4MAT model of learner engagement - a model that integrates the preferences of all four adult learning styles with current brain research to create a simple framework for learning (e.g., ensuring all learners are engaged and that measureable results are achieved). Teaching/facilitation assignments for the Stand-and-Deliver portion of the program will be given at this time.
- Stand-and-Deliver: a residential day and one-half exercise where the TTT candidate will be assigned two training sessions to facilitate applying that 4MAT model. Their delivery will be videotaped and performance feedback will be provided.
Upon successful completion of all three components and program requirements, the candidate will have earned MPI's Train-the-Trainers Accreditation and will be among a select group of industry professionals.
** Applications will be reviewed by members of the Train-the-Trainers Accreditation Senior Cadre. Once approved, an e-mail notification will be sent explaining the next steps**
