What is the ECLF?

ECLF is one of MPI's Chapter Leaders Training programs especially created for our European chapters. These programs are designed to provide you with the leadership skills necessary to become a successful volunteer leader. They typically offer education for volunteer leaders in leadership skills, best/ next practice sharing and targeted tracks, sessions and workshops. These are also moments to learn about new and valuable MPI programs and services and to connect and share your experiences with your peers. For more information on the ECLF story, please view the following document.

Training

At the ECLF, you will receive the professional development needed to ensure that you will be able to lead your Chapter successfully in a world of change and clearly understand the Chapter's role in the realization of MPI's vision, mission and strategic imperatives. At ECLF, leaders will gather to learn, discuss solutions, elevate the chapter performance and increase the value of membership, while gaining skills and business knowledge to help them personally prevail through tough economic times.

This year the ECLF is taking place in the exciting city of Krakow, Poland. The MPI volunteer leadership program is designed to provide you with the leadership skills necessary to be a successful volunteer leader. We are planning to provide you with an overview of the MPI global strategy, leadership development activities as well as the development of cross-European initiatives for recruitment, retention and other special projects. The ECLF aims to provide the Chapter leaders with knowledge, exchange and energy to be successful.  It is all about learning how to lead in a world of change and Understanding that in order to succeed they need to share and collaborate.
