MPI negotiates with the city for the best available rates during the conference. Although it may be possible to find less expensive rates at lower star category hotels there are a number of factors to evaluate when looking at where to stay. MPI rates always include breakfast and by booking a a conference hotel you are guaranteed:
- Easier if not complimentary connections from the airport
- Free transport to the Conference Centre and back
- Free transport to and from evening events
- A hostess at your hotel to answer any questions and help with your needs
- Room deliveries of any partner gifts/materials and official conference news
- The highest level of service, our hotels know you are a peer in the industry
- A busy bar and breakfast where you can continue to network with EMEC delegates
