Register by 24 February 2010 to guarantee your name and contact information on the delegate list published on the MPI website.

By registering for the conference you agree to have your basic information published on the official delegate list. Please contact MPI should you wish to be removed at feedback@mpiweb.org

Mailed Registrations Deadline

Please do not mail registrations after 9 February 2010 as we cannot guarantee receipt in a timely manner for processing. Payment may be required onsite for registrations not received.

Guest Registration
Rate: €250

Guests must register onsite at the rate of €250 and are defined as: A participant's spouse, partner, child or other personal relation who does not have a direct business or related industry interest in the conference.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to 2 February 2010 and are subject to a €75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after 2 February 2010 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please mail, fax, or email cancellations to emec@showcare.com.

 

What is included in my registration fee?

A full conference registration includes all educational sessions (with the exception of optional and/or additional fee sessions as indicated on the registration form); the Welcome Reception on Sunday and Opening night event; lunches and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and the Closing Night Gala Dinner on Tuesday. The registration fee doesn’t include the Rendezovus Party and Dinner on Tuesday, the CSR project or Carbon offset.

 

How will I receive my badge?
When you arrive at The European Meeting and Events Conference and check in at the registration counter, you will receive your badge. Please note that a photo ID may be required to pick up badges/materials. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.
