Registration

As part of the MPI Cares Member Program, MPI will not raise registration prices this year for MeetDifferent 2010 and early rates will stand for the remainder of the registration period. Due to the current economic conditions, MPI listened to members talk about how tough times are for both corporate and personal budgets. This new pricing structure will apply to both MPI and National Business Travel Association (NBTA) members.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Discount Registration Deadline – January 22, 2010
Advance Registration Deadline – February 19, 2010
Deadline for Attendee List – Register by January 29, 2010 to guarantee your name and contact information on the attendee list published on the MPI website.
Mailed Registrations Deadline – Please do not mail registrations after January 29, 2010 as we cannot guarantee receipt in a timely manner for processing. Payment may be required onsite for registrations not received.

Guest Registration (US$250) – All guests must register onsite at US$250 and must not be in an industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are welcome to participate in the opening reception, closing reception and other official evening events, excluding Rendezvous Cancun.
Cancellations – Cancellations must be received in writing prior to January 22, 2010 and are subject to a US$75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after January 22, 2010 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please mail, fax, or email cancellations to meetdifferent@showcare.com.
