Transportation will be provided for official conference events taking place off-property and airport transportation will be provided on the main arrival and departure dates.
Have you already booked your flights to Cancun? Complimentary shuttle service is available. We need to know your flight information to arrange transfers to and from Moon Palace. Don't forget to send your flight information to Nicole Black at nblack@mpiweb.org.
Airport Transportation
Step off the plane and set your worries aside. Transportation has been arranged for you. As part of your MeetDifferent experience, a shuttle from the airport to Moon Palace will be complimentary for attendees arriving Friday and Saturday, February 19 and 20 (limited schedule). A shuttle from Moon Palace to the airport will be complimentary for Wednesday, February 24 after the conference has concluded. During the registration process you will be asked for your arrival and departure flight information to arrange your transfers.

Where to meet the transportation staff at Cancun International Airport upon arrival?
After passing through customs at Cancun International Airport, walk to your right until you get outside the airport. There you will be greeted by transportation staff holding MeetDifferent welcome signs. The transportation staff will assist and you walk you to your transportation that will take you to your hotel.
