Introducing MeetDifferent’s Payment Plan
If you’ve been anxious about how to pay for your full MeetDifferent registration, worry no more. MeetDifferent 2010 now has a payment plan available. By selecting the payment plan, you will be able to pay the registration fee in two installments (50% each). The first payment will be due when your register and the second payment will be charged on Monday, January 4, 2010.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Early rates for members ($625) and non-members ($935) are the only eligible registration categories. One day passes are also eligible for the plan.
- All other non-discounted products must be paid for at the time of registration and are not part of the payment plan (think: Rendezvous ticket or community service donation for example).
- Registration will not be complete until the balance is paid on January 4, 2010, and your contact information will not appear on the “Look Who’s Coming List” until that time.
- Cancellations must be received in writing prior to January 22, 2010 and are subject to a US $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after January 22, 2010 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please mail, fax or e-mail cancellations to meetdifferent@showcare.com.

Meeting Planners Bundled Discount
Two Planners from the same office = bundled savings! Take advantage of great savings when two Planners come from one office.
Here are the details:
- Buy 1 Registration, get another 50% off if registered by January 22, 2010
- Buy 1 Registration, get another 25% off if registering between January 23, 2010 and February 12, 2010
- Only Planners are eligible
- Both Planners must be from the same office/location
- Planner #1 may register online, but planner #2 is required to complete the paper registration form and remit to sjackson@mpiweb.org
