Back in February during our Meet Different Conference, we tested a relatively new technology to bring you a webcast viewing of the Opening General Session and an audio-cast of two key educational sessions. Since we had not done this before, we considered it a test, and we delivered it to you at no cost. According to those that viewed this content, the test was deemed successful, and our members asked us to bring more of our conference content to the virtual marketplace.
For WEC 2009, we’ve magnified our involvement in this virtual technology which will allow you to feel as if you are there. This evolution and use of technology will allow us to bring you a combination of both live and recorded video and audio coverage of the conference.

We hope you see the value in this virtual opportunity. We have done everything possible to keep our costs low, and we’ve passed those savings directly to you. This small charge will allow us to develop and perfect this technology so that we can continue to deliver this important conference content to you in the future.
