Hosted Buyer Program: Planners

Join a select group of qualified planner buyers by participating in WEC’s Hosted Buyer Program. 
To qualify for this program, you must be an active buyer of meeting, incentive, conference, convention or other group travel programs.

Maximize your WEC experience by meeting with up to 18 targeted suppliers whose products or services match your business needs. 

Members of the hosted buyer program will meet for scheduled appointments one (1) hour each day for three (3) days during conference. Each appointment will last ten (10) minutes.

The Program Includes:

 

 

  • 4 nights complimentary hotel stay ($1,000 value)
  • Complimentary WEC full conference registration ($625 value for MPI members)
  • One hour per day of scheduled appointments allowing you to experience all that WEC has to offer.
  • Easy to use online appointment scheduler enables you to make appointments and make easy contacts before WEC begins.
  • Dedicated MPI Hosted Buyer Team to assist planners pre and post conference.
