Get their undivided attention.  At WEC, you will have the opportunity to add the hosted buyer program as a value added benefit to your Expo presence.  Meet with qualified planners one-on-one that specifically need your company's products or services.  Participants in the hosted buyer program will meet for scheduled appointments over three (3) days during conference. Each appointment will last ten minutes.

Pricing:

We have provided several options for you to choose how many planners you would like to meet with.  Each package purchased includes one complimentary supplier registration to WEC.  Purchase the 24 appointment package and you will receive three (3) free registrations!

• Purchase one package of eight (8) 10-minute appointments = $2800
• Buy two packages of eight (8) appointments (16 appointments total) and receive 10% off – TOTAL = $5040
• Buy three packages of eight (8) (24 appointments total) and receive 15% off – TOTAL = $7140
• Each package includes one complimentary supplier registration

Supplier Terms and Conditions:

• Must be exhibitor at WEC.
• Packages can be added as a shopping cart item when buying booth space, or added later by logging into the exhibitor service center after booth is confirmed.
