Shuttle Information
Complimentary shuttle service will be offered throughout the conference. Coach numbers and capacity will coincide with the WEC conference program in terms of peak transfer times between select host hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre and select host hotels and offsite events.

ATTENTION WEC ATTENDEES: As of 6pm CST/4pm PST Friday, June 25th the Online Reservation System has closed. You may continue to make reservations at the contracted hotels, for the group rate, based on availability.
Below is the contact information for each hotel, be sure to tell the reservations teams that you are with MPI to secure the contracted rate.
Should you need to make any changes to existing reservations, please contact the hotel directly via email or phone.
