Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle service will be offered throughout the conference. Coach numbers and capacity will coincide with the WEC conference program in terms of peak transfer times between select host hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre and select host hotels and offsite events.

Canada Line
Vancouver's brand new light rail rapid transit located between the domestic and international terminal at the Vancouver International Airport. Host Committee Volunteers will greet MPI delegates and direct to the Canada Line. From the airport to downtown Vancouver, 26 minutes, one way fare of $8.75 CAN (cash, Visa, and Mastercard accepted).
 
For the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Downtown and the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, exit the train at the Yaletown station. Both hotels are a short 5 minute walk.
 
For the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency, Sutton Place, exit the train at the Vancouver City Centre station. All hotels within a 10 minute walk.

For the Fairmont Waterfront, Fairmont Pacific Rim, Pan Pacific, Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside, Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle, exit the train at Waterfront station. All hotels are a short 10 minute walk.

Taxi
Located outside the arrivals terminal on the lower level. Cost: approximately $30 CAN. USD accepted as well as credit cards.
