First Time Attendee

WEC 2010 has plenty of opportunities for first-time attendees to connect with peers and get to know more about MPI. Simply locate an MPI staff member and he or she will be glad to answer your questions. Be sure to bring your business cards and get ready to increase your connections to ideas, relationships and marketplace resources.

Your MPI
Connect with new members and first-time WEC 2010 attendees. Take this opportunity to learn how to get the most out of your MPI membership. The growing, global community of MPI allows you to create your experience and map to professional success. Also, MPI staff members answer your questions about WEC 2010. Be sure to bring your business cards to this session for an easy but effective networking exercise that will increase your connection to ideas, relationships and marketplace resources in mere minutes. The Your MPI Session is Sunday, July 25 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

MPI Welcome Session
Start changing your world on day one of the conference.  The Saturday evening welcome session is where connections are made that transforms people’s lives.  Networking with your professional peers and enjoying the vista of Vancouver at the Welcome Reception is the perfect way to start your WEC experience.

Help Change the World
The community service project for the Salmon Habitat Restoration effort is a good reason to arrive early, enjoy more of the wonderful surroundings of Vancouver and make the world a little bit better while doing so.

Visit the Global Village
The Global Village is where the MPI member community gathers and shares the positive difference of WEC.  Lounge. Relax. Learn. In the Global Village you can visit with the Member Care Team to learn more about how to get the most out of your membership. Take a leisurely stroll through the offerings of the MPI Foundation Silent Auction. Connect back home at the Cyber Café. The online MPI Store also comes alive to extend your experience.

Ambassador Program
