Description
Can we quantify the value of a hug? Can we assign a numerical score to the power of goodwill? Corporate Social Responsibility is perhaps as close as we can get. But today’s industry professional needs to know how to design and sell CSR as a business strategy in order to gain buy-in from key decision makers and the C-Suite. To realize the full potential of a responsible meetings program over time, consistent data capture is mandatory. This hands-on workshop will help you get attention in the C-Suite and will include activities such as developing a targeted vocabulary list to most effectively communicate the value of CSR, matching CSR practices to an organization’s unique core values and implementing sustainability measurement/ROI calculations using a simple Excel spreadsheet.
