Julie Ann Schmidt

After spending 13 years in the industry working in a number of different roles Julie Ann launched Lithium Logistics Group, a high-end event and logistics company focused on three distinct elements of the industry – corporate, political and leadership development. Over the course of her career Julie Ann has worked in purchasing and planning, operations and delivery, event production, room gifts, travel communications, training, SMM account and process improvement. She has served as a team leader, a manager and an executive. In 2007 she received the industry designation of CMP and in 2012 the industry designation of CMM. In 2012 she launched the Global Emerging Leaders Community www.emerleaders.com to provide a center of excellence for industry information for people looking to join this industry and how to find all the resources to make them as successful as possible. Prior to going out on her own Julie Ann worked for the Republican National Committee on the 2008 Republican National Convention in Minneapolis – St. Paul.
