Since the age of 13, Roger has been an advocate for involvement within the community.
• First elected to public office at age 18 and re-elected at age 20.
• Former legislative staffer for the Pennsylvania State Legislature.
• Experience on local, state and national Presidential campaigns.
Roger majored in Political Science and played baseball at Pennsylvania State University and is still a proud Nittany Lion.
Throughout his professional business career Roger has been a partner or sole-proprietor in six different companies including a destination management firm. His lifetime experience has also included being a professional bodyguard, security detail in hotel operations, logistics for major sporting events, and a sales executive for the meetings, incentive and events market.
Roger is a highly acclaimed speaker, educator, and writer of on key issues and relationships that drive positive transformation. Roger is recognized as a leading spokesman for the business value and economic significance for the meeting and visitor industries.
He has served in numerous industry associations’ leadership roles, is a recipient of several international industry awards, and is a member of Meeting Professional International’s prestigious “Community of Honoree’s”.
