WEC’s MeetingPlace is a bustling marketplace filled with meeting planners gathered from countries around the globe. MeetingPlace offers specialty regions designed to emphasize your unique value proposition; regions include corporate, technology, green meetings, and geography. MeetingPlace will take place on Sunday and Monday at WEC, giving you more than six hours of valuable face time with your target audience.
2010 booth prices:
Premium Exhibits $38 per square-foot. Exhibitors who invest in large displays deserve an environment that maximizes their return on investment. These showcase exhibits measure 20’ x 20’ or larger and are strategically placed in the most highly visible locations. With premium placement comes premium service with complimentary benefits specifically for premium exhibitors. | | Connection Spots Price - $3,200. Be in the middle of the action in a Connection Spot. Connection Spots are freestanding, circular structures, which provide intimacy for conversation and encourage circulation into your area. They are placed in high-traffic locations throughout the exhibit hall. Connection Spots are provided with complimentary custom headers, carpet and a wastebasket. Custom graphics may be ordered to complete your branding. |
Island Exhibits $32 per square-foot. In addition to the premium exhibits, we have created island exhibits measuring 20’ x 20’ or larger throughout the floor and near food stations. This will allow you to use your large custom exhibits while maximizing your placement budget. | | Standard Booths Price - $3,200 Standard booths are traditional in-line booths lining the perimeter of the exhibit hall, allowing exhibitors to use their existing booth with traditional properties in a 10’ x 10’ space |
