Description Join us for a guided tour of WEC 2011 and the Orlando Convention Center, led by John Nawn, founder of experience design firm, The Perfect Meeting, to discuss the WEC 2011 attendee experience and how it and other meeting experiences might be enhanced. We will review the attendee perception of different signature conference experiences using design tools and techniques and identify opportunities for improving your meetings and events.

NOTE: All excursions begin at the Knowledge Hub and are limited to 20 people per excursion.
