Following the demonstration there will be a question and answer period with a variety of helpful hints and tips, it’s interactive, educational, and fun! how to create hybrid meetings –virtual technology solutions including teleconferencing, webcasting, and streaming solutions

Hosted at Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe, located at DOWNTOWN DISNEY® West Side, this class is taught by energetic chefs. Demonstrations of Wolfgang Puck signature dishes are accompanied by samples, incorporating the dishes and recipes presented.

The first course offers an education on sushi, where guests will learn the difference between Nigiri, Maki and Sashimi styles. Chefs will also demonstrate how to make our unique, homemade Pumpkin Ravioli, discussing the importance of quality products and selection of ingredients needed for this dish. The class concludes on a sweet note watch and learn how to flambé this classic favorite at home.

WEC attendees can experience real life racing thrills riding shotgun in a two-seat stock car driven by one of Richard Petty professional instructors for a simulated Cup Qualifying Run. You will experience 3 “hot” laps in the seat of a NASCAR style race car with a top speed of 145mph.

Ride Along Itinerary

• Suit up in a jump suit, helmet and harness
• Go to pit road to start your experience
• Once the rides are completed your souvenir photo will be waiting for you at the end

“An Italian Inspired Cooking Tour that will teach the basics of making Classic Italian Dishes…while being entertained in a fun hands-on experience.” The chef will begin this experience with a brief introduction and a little history on traditional Italian cuisine along with an Italian Bellini. Roll up your sleeves with chef leading the way and learn to make fresh mozzarella for their first course, the Tomato & Mozzarella Stack.

Next, we are on to the main course. What says Italian more than fresh pasta! Learn how to a make a Timpano specialty… Lobster Ravioli. Chef will also make several suggestions on how this recipe can be modified to accommodate different palates. Our staff will assist each table and after guests have made their own ravioli, our chef will walk around to review each dish and a prize will be awarded for the best ravioli!

No Italian meal is complete without a sweet treat ending! Our chef will demonstrate to the group how to prepare our delicious banana bread pudding! Guests will be able to add their final touches to their dessert by caramelizing their own banana topping.

At the conclusion of the experience, chef will be available for any question the group may have. Guests will also be able to take home recipe cards so that they can recreate their experience at home and create their own “Timpano Cucina.”
