Meeting Madness
Meeting Madness brings the energy of attendee-generated content to WEC 2011. Members, submit your vote in the bracket-style system for the programming you want to experience on-site. Every week, we will get closer to the final sessions, which will be brought to you in Orlando. You have a voice in Brain Time at WEC 2011, are you game? Meeting Madness kicks off Wednesday, April 13.
How it works:
- There are 22 sessions involved in Meeting Madness.
- Each voting period will consist of 2 head-to-head matches.
- There will be a new voting period each week
- Monday voting will begin at 12:00 noon CST
- Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. CST.
- Voting is open to members only and you may only vote once per voting period.
- Voting will continue until we are left with 1 overall winner of Meeting Madness.
- PLEASE NOTE: Each voting period lasts until the next voting period begins. If your voting period begins on Monday at 12noon CDT, you have until Wednesday at 8:59am (of that same week) to vote for those sessions. The same is true for Wednesday and Friday voting, the voting period ends when the next matches are updated.
The Prize
The chapter that submitted the four top rated sessions of the contest will receive $500/€500 to use for chapter education in addition to being featured onsite at WEC in Orlando.
- At the end of the contest, you will receive one entry into our grand prize drawing for each vote you cast. There will be 3 prizes given for suppliers and 3 prizes given for planners.
