In modern business, the WEC Hosted Buyer Program makes the most sense for planners. No more tradeshow floor, cut through the clutter and get the face time you need with the right contact. The streamlined process saves money and time, strategically sourcing the suppliers you need to create events that exceed client expectations.
You are not required to be a member of MPI to apply for the program. The selection criteria are based on purchasing authority, potential for future business, geographical representation and other factors.

Hosted Buyer Suppliers
As a planner participating in the Hosted Buyer Program,
- One (1) complimentary full conference registration
- Four (4) night hotel stay (July 23-26, $1000.00 value)
- Airfare credit up to $400.00
Hosted Buyer appointments will take place on the following days:
- Sunday, July 24 - 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, July 25 - 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, July 26 - 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Can't accept free registration?
MPI understands that there are some industries that will not allow a planner to accept a gift like the Hosted Buyer Program. If you are interested in participating in the Hosted Buyer program, but you will still be paying your own way, MPI can work with you.
