Getting Downtown

Taxi Service

Taxi fare from Lambert-St. Louis airport to downtown is approximately $40, including an Airport Use Fee of $3.00 per pickup. Passenger Pickup Locations:
Terminal 1 - Exit Door 14 to Garage Yellow Level
Terminal 2 - Exit Door 12

Airport Shuttle Service

GO Best Express is the official shared-ride airport shuttle company with counters located in both terminals, servicing all downtown hotels and businesses. Shared-ride shuttles leave Lambert International Airport approximately every 15 to 30 minutes between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. and begin servicing routes back to the airport at 4 a.m.  Shuttles outside these hours require reservations.  Please check for availability.  Reservations will guarantee a seat on the van for you and your guests.  Shuttles back to the airport require reservations.

Metrolink

MetroLink is the St. Louis metropolitan region's light rail system and is operated as part of a fully integrated regional transportation system. MetroLink has 37 stations and stretches 46 miles.
All trains departing the airport go downtown. Trains depart every 12-20 minutes and the trip downtown takes approximately 30-35 minutes. Ticket vending machines are located in all stations, and tickets must be validated with a time stamp before boarding. One -way fare from the airport is currently $3.75.
