Registration Levels

  • Full Conference fee includes Opening and Closing Night Celebrations, education sessions, and meal functions. Events requiring registration and additional payment are so noted.
  • Day registrations include:
    • Monday, June 19, 2017 – Opening Night Celebration.
    • Tuesday, June 20 and Wednesday, June 21, 2017 – General Sessions, concurrent sessions, meals and The Exchange (formerly MarketSquare). Foundation event tickets may be purchased separately.
    • Thursday, June 22, 2017 - General Sessions, concurrent sessions, meals and The Exchange (formerly MarketSquare), and Closing Night Celebration.
  • *Networking Package includes admission to four social networking evening events (Opening Night Celebration, The Big Deal, Rendezvous and Closing Night Celebration). Registration will not allow you access in any of the other daytime conference activities including general sessions, education sessions, meal function or The Exchange (formerly MarketSquare).
  • New Membership Bundles: Fee includes 12 months of MPI Preferred membership and is available for NEW MPI memberships only. Not valid for renewals. Your membership will be activated by the MPI membership team the week of your registration. You will receive a welcome email upon activation. Learn more.
  • Guest Registration: All guests must register onsite and is available starting Sunday, June 18, 2017 at US $250 and must not be in an industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guest registration includes admission to the opening and closing celebrations and The Exchange (formerly MarketSquare). Does not include education sessions, invitation only events or meal functions. Tickets for MPI Foundation Events may be purchased at the time of guest registration.

 

Policies and Procedures

  • Mailed Registrations Deadline: Please do not mail registrations in after Friday, June 2, 2017 as we cannot guarantee receipt in a timely manner for processing. Payment may be required onsite for registrations not received. Download a paper registration form.
  • Registration Changes/Additions/Receipts: Once you have completed your registration, you will be sent a confirmation email. In that email is a personalized link to the online registration portal where you can update information, get a copy of your receipt/invoice or make a payment. If you would like us to resend your confirmation, please email MPIWEC@eventPower.com
  • Event Cancellation by MPI: Meeting Professionals International (MPI) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If MPI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, MPI has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. MPI will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
  • Registration Cancellations: Deadline to request a refund for your registration is Thursday, April 20, 2017. Registration cancellations received prior to Thursday, April 20, 2017 may be eligible to receive a refund less a $150 service fee. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. However, registration fee paid may be applied to a future MPI event, less a $100 service fee. No shows for an event will not receive a refund or credit towards future event(s). All refund requests must be made by the registered attendee or credit card holder and include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved. Please send written cancellations to MPI@eventPower.com.
  • Substitution Policy: Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior to Friday, June 2, 2017. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please email substitution requests to MPIWEC@eventPower.com .
  • Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, WEC 2017 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MPI's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
