HelmsBriscoe Meeting Planner Membership Scholarship

The HelmsBriscoe Meeting Planner Membership Scholarship was established for meeting professionals who seek a connection to more than 23,000 meeting planners and industry suppliers worldwide. A membership with MPI entitles planners to access the wealth of education, research and networking resources MPI has to offer and provides planners with discounts on conferences and publications. It also gives planners the opportunity to network with colleagues through local and online communities.

Scholarship Eligibility

• Scholarships are available for Association and Corporate meeting planners.
• Membership scholarships are available for new members only.  Scholarships will not be awarded for renewal membership fees.

Scholarship Award Amounts

• Three HelmsBriscoe Membership Scholarships are available each month.  

$375 Membership Fee 

• Membership fees will be paid by MPI Foundation to MPI.  Scholarship recipients will not receive reimbursements for membership fees.  

Important Deadlines

• Scholarship application deadline is the 15th of each month.
• Scholarship award notifications will be made on the 30th of each month.

• Complete the HelmsBriscoe Meeting Planner Membership Application.
• Upon notification of scholarship award, you will be contacted by the MPI Membership team to finalize your membership application.
