MPI Stories: Terms and Agreement

Releasor understands that any such testimonial and photographs shall be the property of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and may be used, or caused to be used by MPI or those authorized by MPI, in MPI’s sole discretion, for any and all exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercial art, advertising, or trade, in any format and for any other lawful purpose whatsoever, without any limitation or reservations, and without any compensation to Releasor. Releasor hereby waives any right that Releasor may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. Releasor further releases, discharges, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MPI from and against any injuries, harm, damages, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, actions, claims, and/or demands of any kind whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of any lawful use of such testimonial.
