This was a very worthwhile session for me to learn about the idea of "Un-conferencing" through open space meetings, having engaged participants, overcoming fears, and learning in new ways.  I would recommend this to members who have always done traditional meetings.  It will help them branch out and really get attendees involved and excited about sharing and learning with one another and really help them to get what they want and what they need in your meeting and, ultimately, improve your ROI every time!
