I am responsible for the partnership of MPI's 71 Chapters and Clubs around the world with the goal to deliver value to all members. As well, I am responsible for membership satisfaction, recruitment and retention.  I am based in Dallas, Texas.

Director of Canadian Member Services
I am responsible for member services in Canada including recruitment and retention. I manage two trade show – the Ignite Business Events show in June and IncentiveWorks in August promoting MPI and its membership. I handle general inquiries for Canada and help members with their questions. I also assist the chapter membership directors with questions on membership. I am based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Chapter Business Coordinator
As chapter business coordinator, I handle day-to-day logistics to assist chapters with their educational efforts. This includes overseeing activity in the Chapter Content Database, such as: speaker registration; chapter request; processing new member applications; and manage new member recruitment resources. I also assist with membership and other chapter business duties as needed.

Manager of Membership, Europe I am responsible for the member services in Europe and I'm the first point of contact for members as well as the Chapter Leaders. I handle inquiries about membership, process new memberships and renewals and work with Chapters to convey the value of the membership to each individual.

I work with my respective chapters to assist them with developing strategic plans that drive membership. Also, I assist members with their questions, membership renewals and new member applications.

I provide exceptional customer services to MPI members inquiring about renewals, reinstates, rejoins and new memberships.  I am your member services leader for members in Dallas/Fort Worth, Minnesota and the At-Large United States.

Member Services Specialist
I provide support to the Membership Team and I am the "first point of contact" for the current members and potential new members.  I manage the membership and WebConnect audit procedures for data accuracy.  I also handle new member recruitment support and online group support.  Also, I assist with Operations and Special Projects as needed to ensure the Membership Team is supported in all operational and administrative areas.

Member Services Coordinator
I provide frontline member service by handling inquiries received via telephone, email, or fax.  I work direclty with my respective chapter leaders to increase renewals and new memberships.  I spend time making outbound calls to encourage members to renew and discuss with them how MPI works to make them smarter, connected, and successful. I am also responsible for the intake and distribution of payments for membership via direct mail and bank lock box.  I primarily work with chapters on the West Coast and Southwest.

By listening to the members of the MPI community and observing the pulse of the industry, we have become the go-to source for innovative and relevant content that helps make our members successful. Our publications have been honored with more than 40 awards for editorial and design excellence since 2008.

As program manager, chapters, I am responsible for developing and managing processes by which MPI HQ can effectively assist our chapters to deliver quality educational programming at the chapter and regional levels. I work heavily with our membership and chapter leaders to co-create educational experiences that drive member value and uphold the MPI brand.
