Like all of you I enjoy the MPI Discussion Board.
I don't want to offend anyone, but I'm surprised at how many people took time to respond to this blind ad carte blanc. As good salespeople, aren't we supposed to qualify a lead before we present our services? No one even attempted a follow-up question?
Dear Anonymous Pharma,
You need someone who thinks a little faster on their feet!
How many programs are involved?
How many target locations are involved?
Are they all in the U.S., or International as well?
What do you consider "minimum qualifications" for the company you wil contract with?
What do you consider "ideal qualifications" for the company you select?
What specific qualities do you look for in people who work on-site at these programs?
What is the largest and smallest program size?
How many staff would be required to execute the largest program?
What form of insurance coverage, if any, will you require the preferred provider to carry?
What is your decision timeline?
Will your contract guarantee payment for services within 30 days of each event, or on a monthly basis?
Will you fund expenses that will be incurred in advance?
What will your procurement department require for me to be an approved provider of services.
Like everyone else on the Board, I'd love to be considered. It appears, however, that I'm a late-comer to this discussion.
