The broadcast center video wall worked like a giant e-tablet and displayed a combination of event content and outside information.

On Day 1, brand video recordings played until social ambassadors began turning in their informal videos. The wall had less to do with sharing content and more to do with drama and "wow" factor. It was populated with the agenda, videos, programs, satellite and news feeds—including the weather, which was important because the meeting took place around the time of a volcanic ash cloud crisis.

Intelligence Note:
Think about your meeting objectives and design. Scale down the wall by using smaller, interactive screens and applications, but first determine if you'll achieve the results you want for the investment you're able to make.
