Unconscious bias is a quiet performance killer. It will make you do things you don't want to do, say things you don't mean to say and offend people without understanding how you offended then.

This presentation will define unconscious bias and describe a specific type of bias that can negatively affect the meeting planner's speaker selection process by reducing their predictive validity.
