The rain held off Monday, May 20, for MPI-CAC’s 24th Annual Golf Classic at The Grove Country Club in Long Grove. More than 80 golfers hit the course for 18 holes followed by an afternoon reception sponsored by Greater Fort Lauderdale that featured a tropical theme.
Non-golfers were treated to an afternoon of spa experiences – an oxygen bar and chair massages – as well as a cooking demonstration and wine pairing with the chef at the Grove Country Club.
The silent auction featured 80 packages including hotel stays across the country, restaurant gift cards and chef’s tasting experiences, entertainment tickets and more.
