Education

Mark Cooper, IACC’s CEO joins us from the UK to facilitate an exploration of the future of meeting spaces. Roles, drivers, wants, and needs will be explored to smoke out the critical factors that contribute to the Meeting Experience, resulting in an understanding of where the design of meeting spaces must lead to create event and conference environments of tomorrow.

Learner Outcomes:

  • Learn how different meeting room environments support learning outcomes and help maximize meeting ROI.
  • Develop a better understanding of how technology can help build multi-way communication in the room and for virtual participants.
  • Consider the latest trends in food and beverage and how they can enhance the meetings experience for your delegates.
  • Consider the different venues types and non-traditional room layouts that help foster connections between and among delegates.

A Time For Grace

We will also be taking donations for GRACE Food Pantry, a local charitable organization that helps families in need. During the holidays, they prepare food baskets and last year helped feed over 700 families right here in DFW. Join us in helping bring Christmas dinner to families in our area!
