MPI Georgia’s newly revamped and designed website offers a variety of opportunities for advertisers intent on reaching regional meeting planners. As a public access site, advertiser visibility is not limited to MPI Georgia’s over 500 members, but as web traffic shows, it attracts non-members seeking information about upcoming education and events as well.

As an added service for advertisers, MPI Georgia provides ad banner design, if requested, for a nominal fee. This fee includes layout, typesetting, as well as up to two rounds of revisions. Once an ad is created it is the property of the client.
Copywriting and stock photo purchases are additional and can be estimated on a case-by-case basis. Standard design production is approximately 7-10 business days.

E-Newsletter Advertising
Each month, MPI Georgia publishes two e-newsletters to its almost 600 members. The first newsletter, Re:Connect, covers current and upcoming programs and activities within MPI Georgia, encouraging awareness and engagement. It is published on the last Wednesday of each month and provides opportunities for up to two full banner ads and up to three sidebar spot ads.
Organizations placing ads for multiple newsletters can repeat the same ad or provide a different ad for each iteration. Pricing is per publication. In other words, if an organization wishes to purchase three banner ads, it would be for the single newsletter, over a three month period.
All placements are subject to availability and bulk packages may be purchased for non-consecutive months.
