The Vintage Vixens, represented exclusively by Speer Entertainment, tops the charts as Georgia’s premier 60’s and 70’s Pop-Cover Band. The all-female band prides themselves on bringing happiness to any crowd with a set full of cross-generational singalongs stemming from the “Hippie Flower-Child Peace & Love” genre. The Vintage Vixens have played all over the state of Georgia, headlining at several North Georgia Mountain Resorts and local events like the Macon Cherry Blossom Festival. They are regular openers for the well-known regional favorite, Mother’s Finest, and have also shared the stage with Three Dog Night.

As the newest musical artist in the Vintage Vixens, Band Leader and Base Player, Linda Walker, says, “Some of the best pop music ever was born in the 1960’s! The Vintage Vixens started because I was surrounded by fun and talented women… Every generation knows all the songs we play. We feature the ‘Baby Boomer’ soundtrack of life.”

Walker also owns and manages Speer Entertainment. The booking agency represents a wide range of artists. It prides itself on providing the right entertainment for any event, including some novelty acts and, especially, music. Over more than 30 years in the industry, Speer Entertainment has booked some local favorites including Little River Band and Atlanta Rhythm Section, as well as some major stars including Tony Bennett, Little Richard, Eddie Money, and the Guess Who.

“Bringing happiness to people is why we play,” says Walker. She and the Vintage Vixens love to see contagious joy in their audiences and look forward to many more years playing together in the entertainment industry.
