I was invited to become part of MPI by a chapter board member and was quickly asked to volunteer my skill set for research & development for the chapter.

Within a couple months, I was asked to become part of the board in order to help drive strategy, and it has been great to be able to give back to the chapter and the meetings industry by offering new insights into what drives member satisfaction and return on investment.
