Domain A: Strategic Planning

Every industry has one truth, change is constant. The changes we face may be internal or external, strategic or economic. The way we think about and approach change not only determines organizational success, but how we are valued as leaders.
How well do you understand your internal logic and its impact on your thought processes? As you try to adapt and innovate, do you often feel held back by organizational beliefs, norms, and dogmas? This is the constraint of Dominant Logic, or institutionalized thinking. This session focuses on recognizing our own Dominant Logic and how to challenge our assumptions to create cultures of innovation and change.

 Understand your current logic constraints
 Learn new thinking techniques to better assess opportunities and threats
 Recognize the red flags of constrained thinking – “we’ve always done it this way…”
 Identify how to use this knowledge to position yourself and organization for innovation and growth
