Incentive Travel Program Coordinator
LOCATION: Traverse City, MI

Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Program Coordinator in our incentive travel area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, for providing customers with unique and memorable experiences, and for delivering outstanding customer service.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in regards to the details of customer group travel programs from start to finish. This includes creating and maintaining the program timeline; provide service support for participant questions and needs for travel programs; facilitate program website details; and, work with the finance department in regards to program billing and hours.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidates will have three to five years in the travel or hospitality industry. Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired. This role requires the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and the ability to anticipate client needs sot they can be addressed even before they are asked. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a high degree of integrity, and a sincere interest in working with best-in-class service.
