We’re known for going beyond expectations at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions–delivering first-class service and top-notch amenities. Now we’re doubling our event and meeting space in Poconos Mountains, Pennsylvania. When it’s finished in late 2019, the 234,000 square foot space will feature 39 meeting rooms in total, three spectacular ballrooms, imposing pre-function spaces, additional load-in and load out capabilities and extensive registration and client office spaces.

Even though we’re expanding, our modular meeting spaces will still feature all the state-of-the-art amenities you’ve come to expect at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. You’ll still find high-def monitors and projectors along with superior lighting and AV controls for colorful and sharp presentations. Guests will continue to have free access to high-speed WiFi (1GB) and ergonomic chairs designed to keep attendees comfortable for up to 10 hours. A key factor in attendee satisfaction.

One thing meeting planners have always loved about the Kalahari experience is that both the meeting space and leisure activities are all under one roof. And that’s not going to change as we double in size. Guests will continue to have easy access to the world class Spa Kalahari & Salon. They can visit the fitness studios, explore different entertainment options as well as our varied dining experiences. Including Double Cut, our signature steakhouse experience, Sortino’s Italian Kitchen and the new B-Lux Bar & Grill, to name just a few.
