You’re constantly putting in extra hours to make sure the client is happy, watching lost opportunities slip through your fingers with every spare minute spent. You’ve got speakers, vendors, sponsors, and attendees coming at you from all angles with different requests…and you’re wondering how you’re going to please them all?
If those situations ring true, join us for this interactive session where you’ll discover how to bring curiosity, care, and control to your client relationships so you’ll never respond “yes” to those situations again. In this day of hacks and top-five-tips lists to solve all of our problems, Erin’s session gets to the root of the real problem: a connection problem.
During this session, plan to put your active listening techniques to the test during our Story Session activity. You’ll discover what empathy feels like, beyond walking in someone else’s shoes, and how caring is the key to all client relationships. You’ll also explore techniques to bring the right mindset to your client relationships—even the challenging ones!

Parking: Self Parking in the parking garage next to the property for $5 per vehicle. Valet parking is also available at $20 per car.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, cancellation must be done 24 hours or more prior to the event date. If cancellation is not received 24 hours prior all payments will be forfeited and cannot be applied towards a future event.
Meeting Attendance Policy: Non-members and Essential level members are welcome to register at the non-member rate only two times during the fiscal year.
