2019-2020 Board of Directors Application

Our strong and vibrant MPI Chapter relies on continued service from our dedicated volunteers to allow us to deliver high-level results to our members.  Step up for a leadership role that will help you achieve your professional goals and objectives, and also help continue moving this Chapter forward.

The following positions are currently available for 2019-2020: 
• One (1) President-Elect: One-year term, with automatic succession to President for the 2020-2021 term and automatic succession to Immediate Past President for the 2021-2022 term.
• Six (6) Vice Presidents
• Seven (7) Directors

Board application deadline is Friday, January 25, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT USING THIS FORM:

  • There is no Save feature on this form.  It is recommended that you copy and paste the questions into Word, craft your responses, and then return to the application to copy and paste your responses into the form.  All questions are required (except for Designations), but this is turned off to allow you to manage the process in this way.

If you are applying for President-Elect, you must be available the morning of February 5th for a short 15-minute interview with the committee over the phone.  If you are applying for a VP or Director role on the board, you must be available the afternoon of February 5th to receive a phone call regarding the status of your application.
