Monthly Educational Meetings
As a MPI Ohio Sponsor Host, your company will receive:
- Full-page insert or a ½ page ad in MPI Ohio quarterly newsletter. The insert to be supplied by the Sponsor Host.
- Logo and host name to be on the invite for the monthly meeting that is sent to all MPI Ohio members.
- Web-site exposure – Sponsor Host advertisement listing that has a logo, ad must be in gif, jpg, or png format, sized 300×250 and 12kb or less. This is posted for 60 days.
- One five-minute infomercial during the monthly meeting at the Sponsor Host property.
- Five complimentary registration fees for the Sponsor Host property meeting. We strongly recommend inviting clients that you would like to expose to your property and OHMPI. * must register prior to meeting as sponsor
- Meeting Attendee list following the meeting
- One Supplier Spotlight feature on MPI Ohio’s Facebook or LinkedIn page OR two Supplier Spotlight features on MPI Ohio’s Instagram account. Pictures/Posts to be provided by supplier to MPI Ohio
As a MPI Ohio Sponsor Host, your company will provide to MPIOhio:
- Complimentary meeting space for Board meeting from 8am – 11am for 15 people. (This is dependent on the board schedule).
- Complimentary breakfast for Board meeting if a board meeting is held.
- Complimentary conference phone and Wi-Fi for board meeting
- Complimentary meeting space for approximately 100 people from 11am to 1:30pm.
Note: The meeting and lunch should be in the same room. - Complimentary lunch for up to 100 people.
Note: Should attendance be more than 100 people, MPI Ohio will pay for lunches, if required, at food cost not menu price. - Complimentary Audio Visual equipment based on program needs.
- Complimentary airport transportation for speaker if necessary.
- Up to five complimentary rooms for board members and the speaker.
- One auction item to be included in the Annual Scholarship & Fundraiser
