MPI Oregon Sales Blitz

Get on the MPI Oregon Chapter Sales Blitz Bus! – We invite you to participate in this inaugural MPI Oregon Chapter event. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet face to face with planners on this one day appointment sales blitz!

Suppliers: You have the opportunity to make X sales calls to planners in 1 day – the driving is taken care of for you. Join us in the fun!

When - Tuesday, October 8th from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Meet early for a fully sponsored breakfast at 7:00 am, and we mean a hearty hot delicious breakfast.

What - Each participating supplier is required to and is responsible for  securing one planner appointment for  our meeting route.

How - A total of 8 suppliers will  visit 8 planners and spend 20 minutes at each location for an individual presentation.  We have 16 spots available on 2 coaches. You will be assigned based on your designated planner’s location.

Benefit and Value– You’ll visit with 8 planners in a fun non competitive environment and work with your traveling squad to experience the best day ever. We bet as you hear each other's presentation you may be able to put a fun spin on the day and walk away with a peer’s information and have the opportunity to cross promote and enhance each other’s presentation.

Cost

Early Bird: $300 non-refundable fee Early Bird: Register by August 13.

Registration Fee: $350 non-refundable fee starting August 14

No Cancellations: Due to the nature of this event, please no cancellations. If you are unable to attend you may send someone else from your company in your place.

Day includes

• Breakfast
• Round trip Transportation to visit scheduled planners and return to breakfast location
• Some fun sugary and salty treats to keep you jazzed for the day

What you bring

• Planner gifts and treats that you would like to provide, bring one for every planner we visit, 8 or more depending if we have multiple planners at one location, and do feel free to invite 2 to 4 at any given business.
• Hydro flask, water bottle or beverage to keep you hydrated
• Layered clothes, comfy shoes, and you never know, it could be a sunglasses or umbrella kind of day
• $10 gratuity for the driver’s gratuity.
• Lunch will be on your own

Routes will be determined closer to the event. You are required to confirm one planner to visit. Please let them know we will provide the schedule time of our visit 3 weeks prior to the event
