MPI Ottawa 2019 Tasting Tour

Feel a world away, right in our own back yard. Let’s hit the road together and experience the historically rustic hospitality of beautiful Chelsea. Savor exciting flavors found on numerous custom menus at multiple venues, while you raise a glass and relax.

The 2019 MPI Tasting Tour is not an event to be missed. Join us on March 7th as we indulge in a delicious culinary journey with exceptional company.

Agenda:
4:00PM – Registration (Please meet at the Parking Lot in front of eighteen on York Street)
4:15PM – Shuttle Departure to Chelsea
5:00PM – First Stop at Café Gourmandises Biscotti
6:00PM – Second Stop at Pub Chelsea
7:15PM – Third Stop at Meech and Munch
8:15PM – Departure to Ottawa

Dress Attire: Business Casual
Registration includes the Tasting Menu and Round-trip Shuttle to and from the Restaurants.

About the Restaurants:

Café Gourmandises Biscotti: Biscotti & cie has added a special touch to the bucolic landscape of Old Chelsea. With homemade products, exquisite desserts (which can also be found on the menu of its big brother, the Chelsea Pub!) and its singular meals, Biscotti & cie is a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Pub Chelsea: Happiness is in the meadows. This is the motto of the Chelsea Pub, a true institution of Old Chelsea, Chelsea, Outaouais. The Chelsea Pub is a "Public House" that serves as a place for all meetings and has been part of the history of the village since 1875. A friendly place, open to all, with the nicest terrace. A place where you're sure to spend a good time!

Meech & Munch: The name itself combines history and gastronomy. This unique combination produced a charming bistro gastronomique in the heart of Old Chelsea. The distinctive vibe of Old Chelsea can be found in our rustic décor that will please all nature lovers. Our inviting and varied menu contains an array of mouth-watering dishes, from tartars to local cheeses, poutine and filet mignon. Come and relax year-round on our patio with fireplace, wrapped in a blanket if the weather gets chilly!
