MPI Pittsburgh Sponsorship Team

Sponsorship Recruiting:

• Reports to the VP of Sponsorship
• Refer potential sponsors to MPI and the VP of Sponsorship of  MPI Pittsburgh
• Be the MPI Pittsburgh Cheerleader! No uniform required just a smile and passion for the event industry and MPI Pittsburgh
• 2-4 hours per month

Current Sponsor Associate:

• Reports to VP of Sponsorship
• Keep up to date with our roster
• Contact sponsors to see if they would like to give a plug at a MPI meeting about how the MPI sponsorship has been beneficial to their rganization
• Contact sponsors to see how our partnership is going and if there is anything we can do to help and satisfy their needs.
• 2-4 hours per month

Current Sponsor Liaison:

• Reports to VP of Sponsorship
• Keep up to date with current sponsorship roster
• Send details to sponsors about upcoming events and items
• Communicate with Education team in regards to how many sponsorship tables are needed for the event and if a sponsor is presenting
• 4 hours per month
• Position is in need now through March but can last longer.
