Learn strategies to adapt your thoughts and actions on a moment’s notice, to stay focused on the mission, power through unexpected challenges, and thrive in chaos in everyday life!

This fun, interactive session will have participants actively participating and doing exercises that connect the concepts to the realities of their real, everyday life.

Using Corinne’s Chaos Ready Framework, we’ll explore how to get yourself chaos ready and how to stay focused on solutions when chaos hits and offer a tested framework you can apply in a practical way to every day chaos.

We’ll give you tools you can practice to help you improve your chaos readiness every day, in every situation!

Learning Objectives

1. Participants will explore their own chaos and learn new tools to be at their best even in challenging chaotic situations
2. Learn how to stay calm in a mindset focused on solutions not problems – exploring who you are, and how you respond to chaos when it arises
3. Participants will get practical tools and ideas for how rise to the occasion and to empower others, regardless of their situation!

With over a decade of international aid and development experience working around the world developing bold leaders, building highly effective teams, delivering medical trainings and providing medical care. Corinne studied Human Development and Cultural Anthropology, becoming an ICF Master Certified Coach from I.P.E.C., one of the leading coach training programs in the world.
